Tee time at 6.15 tomorrow …have played first light last 5 Fridays in a three ball. Done and at desk for 9.30…feels like an extra day in the weekend tbh!

Weather obviously facilitated it…it’s been lovely …only small downside is dew in rough and greens means it’s slightly trickier than it might be a few hours later…first world problems

Ben Griffin has gone birdie x3 then bogey x3 and is about to have another bogey at best :man_facepalming:t2:

The wait goes on for a member of the cast of Family Guy to win a signature event as Brian Griffin is outclassed by Scottie tonight.

Do you normally play only links or where would you frequent for parkland courses?

Jeez if you could only ever play links you’d be going well

We do this trip every year and it’s rare we’d ever look for a parkland. We played Mount Juliet with Tramore one year, and Druids Glen & Heath another time; but links would be the preference

What course is in the photos
Waterville?

Narin & Portnoo, spectacular but a stern test in the wind. Played Murvagh yesterday and Strandhill the day before

3 fine courses there. Do you mind me asking you how much were the green fees?

When you pull off a few degenerate betting coups like @Raylan the links green fees are chump change

Ryan Fox and Sam Burns going down a second sudden death playoff hole. Burns missed from four feet to win it at the first bite.

Burns nearly in the water on his approach to the third playoff hole. For some reason they decided to move the pin this time around. Fox with a putt to win…

Putt slides past

Take four. Back down 18 again.

Burns three-putts for par handing victory to Fox
