I only have 2 books left on my phone as i usually delete after reading… i sent them to you on the side group but they may not be what you want.
If you want fiction written by a man then anything by Robert Harris or My Fight for Irish Freedom by Dan Breen.
Not a bad read but books about Russia sometimes suffer because all the names are similar. This fellow counters that by having a glossary of names at the start which helps.
Gorbachev and the coup plotters come across as idiots. Yeltsin was a talented but vindictive alco and this book does nothing to change that perception
There’s very few Robert Harris books I haven’t read.
Re-read Breens book last year. It’s comical in parts.
