Good Fillums

I have never thought about a movie as much. Even 2 weeks on. It puts a mirror up to society on so many levels and how it can grind people down and chip away at them. What you are left with then is us and them and anti establishment. The last scene I must have watched 50 times. The most provocative, enchanting and liberating scene I can remember from any film in the last 10-15 years.

Try and engineer an invite to late late show for starters. All jokes aside I hear ya. he is the quintessential anti hero and most could identify with that turmoil and strife at some point in their lives. Its hard not to root for him.

Apt the two boys are learning life lessons from a movie about a clown

I’m edgy like that. Everyone has psychopathic tendencies.

You snapped quite easily at me earlier. I imagine you’ll take a few with you when you go.

Mea Cupla mate. My bark is louder than my bite. I’ll be going into the woods to die alone. Society is safe.

Terminator Dark Fate: Simply unreal, the right balance of humour and action. It has been some year for top class films.

Shaft 2019 is a good watch

Watched this last night. He is outstanding in it in fairness

Just in from the Joker. Incredible movie. Not necessarily enjoyable but compelling. Thought I’d never hear a bit of Gary Glitter in public again.

Just out of the Irishman. Excellent fare - Scorsese delivers in spades and not a Rolling Stones song in sight. Pesci brilliant at not playing Joe Pesci. Didn’t feel like 3.5 hours at all.
