Oppenheimer is very good, the last half hour is a tour de force, much more interesting story after Hiroshima and Nagasaki

Outside of Murphy the support cast was also excellent.
You get the impression that Matt Damon could do the Leslie Groves role in his sleep.
Downey Junior, Blunt, Hartnett - even the cameos from Casey Affleck and Gary Oldman were excellent.

Reading the American Prometheus biography before seeing the movie, it’s a brilliant read. By God he had some privileged upbringing, never wanted anythin. most theoretical physicists at that level are batshit socially.
The Rest is History podcast did two episodes on him a month back. A lot of it based on that book. Decent listen.
