You watch the clip of Mercury playing the opening note of the piano section of Bohenian Rhapsody at Live Aid in front of 80,000 people in Wembley in 1985 and the crowd going nuts - some seven years before World’s Wayne came out.

It was a very popular song and still would be very well known but Wayne’s World gave it a whole new life, there is absolutely no question about that, sent it to the top of the US charts even, it was a massive boost

The 1991 number 1 story is a load of shite, it was right after Freddie died and part of a double A, Days of our lives was the song that was played off the radio, the last song he recorded, very poignant and a nice song
