There’s brewing sugar and priming sugar 
completely different I’m sure.
In fairness it’s a much finer sugar than a bag of Suicra though

How is it?
It’s very nice. Maturing well in the bottle. I’ll put it this way. I had a can of O Haras nitro stout earlier which I was looking forward to but I enjoyed the home brew more.
