I just feel up to having a conversation today after rising from the depression after a solid week of heavy sessions. Christ Iām not able for that shit any moreā¦
Those heavy sesssions are brutal. I might do three days of it but i donāt know how fellas go on week long bendersā¦
0.50mg of xanax a night does the trick, keeps the depression away while your on the bender, but fuck me the hole you end up in after wards is ten times deeper.

Save the Xanax till after the bender. Itāll sort you right out for the next couple of days until your over the hump. Personally, I think Iāll give up the booze altogether save for the odd special event.

I really pile on the weight these days from drink and put on 3/4 of a stone recently after a few sessions spread out over a 4 week period. It would drive you to drugs

Absolutely in shit here after Friday night hints and all day bender yesterday. Up the country too so have a drive ahead of me. Depressed. Had the good sense to take headache tablets last night so donāt have to deal with head pounding. Giving up the drink again for a while
