3 weeks since Iāve been on a session and it feels great. Iāve even managed to get into a routine of having a two mile run every night for the last ten days. And I did a five mile run yesterday (well, two miles then a mile and a half of walking followed by another mile and a half of running). Shove yer alcohol and especially yer cigarettes up yer arse.
