If Wexford can’t win an all Ireland in league like conditions it’s hard to ever see them win one under Davy.
Wexford were awful … That will be the end of Davy you’d imagine.

The scoreline didn’t reflect the game saved him. Plus winning Leinster was massive for them
Delighted for Lohan. Zero support from his chairman or secretary having to beg borrow and steal to keep the show on the road. The players hurled for him and we are in bonus territory now after that with a few solid hurlers he has blooded showing well.

The best thing about today is making it nigh impossible for even Pat to bring back Davy to Clare.
Congratulations to Banner posters. Getting beaten by Limerick, without humiliation, no longer looks so bad. Fair momemtum now. Last six and could easily be last four.

Fair play to Clare, they worked hard. Got their lead with the wind, spoiled the game in the third quarter when it needed to be spoiled and got the goal at the right time to kill it. Still think they probably lack a bit of quality in certain sectors but Lohan has brought work rate if nothing else. Even against Limerick, when I thought they were poor enough, they didn’t really give up.
