The Round Robin system really didn’t suit Waterford. Even if they lose to Cork they’ll probably end up drawing Laois in the qualifiers with this set-up.

Quarter final draws are tantalising
Kilkenny the winners there.
And Tipperary arguably the losers. Being drawn third in Munster was always a bad rap as the team you meet already has a tough championship game played. Being drawn first and second makes no difference to either team.
Worked out OK in 2015 for Tipp when the draw was exactly the same if I remember correctly
