Very impressive stuff from tipp at times. How long the petrol in the tank lasts will be very interesting.
Fullbackline proper useless cunts. Shane Cooney, Mac and Padraig Mannion should all come off.
They have very good options off the bench to freshen it up too with John McGrath, Bubbles and some of that U20/U21 winning team.
Be a fair move to spring bubbles from the bench you’d feel

Tipp have been on top since Brendan Maher was made their sweeper instead of Páidi. His positional awareness and distribution is so much better

Brendan Cummins said there was a breeze blowing left to right too and advised joe canning with his last free to aim a bit out and let wind bring it in
With that full back line Galway will need to score at least 4 more goals by my calculations to have any hope in the 2nd half

This is great. Galway the better team but make such hard work of it. They’ll need to be 10 points better to win by one.

Whatever about the full backbline, midfield and half back line are worse.
Need to get Conor Whelan in the game too and bring in one of our , ahem, supersubs sooner rather than later. Morris who made Tipps 2nd goal shouldn’t be on the pitch

Not aggressive enough at all either. Taking an age to get the ball up at times they’d want to realise quick they are on a heavier surface. But they have to back themselves and work it to free men not hit and hope shite. Tipps wides keeping them in it.
If Cork can physically give it to Tipp, Galway should be blowing them away… It’s very pedestrian.

Way too standoffish. Was the same in the league and they turned up in the second half but they don’t look as lively yet. Need to cut out this no look flick pass shite.
