Agree we have a big nam lined up when dumb and dumber are gone
You wanted Davy gone too, Joe.
Decent game, Wexford willing to work harder and got their rewards.
Plenty of time for Galway to rectify things but youâd wonder if some of them will have the hunger for the hard work when itâs needed.
Dublin vs limerick
Wex vs Codyâs cheaters.
I suppose thurles. Iâll have the breakfast ready lads. Iâll
Teeeeeejay! !!!
That was great stuff. I thought Paudie Foley gave a Tour de France in the second half and Conor McDonald came up with the goods at the end. Rory OâConnor has a real touch of class and also scored a smashing late long range point after Galway got it back level.
I didnât see the sending off incident - OâKeeffe (big return to form today) went down holding his chest/arm after Galway had been awarded the free and Coyne was trotting away. The umpires behind the Wexford goal seemed to make the call.
I think we might still be short a man marking defender or even two. We couldnât really hold Whelan, albeit Reck would have been marking him if hadnât have been injured. That said, Devereux battled hard against him. Whelanâs just a class act though.
Galway will be very hard to beat in the summer though as McInerney completely dominates his patch and Daithi Burke will be back too. I think this new system will be great too in terms of building up rivalries with teams. Iâm sure any Wexford or Galway supporters who attended or watched today will want to be in Innovate Wexford Park when these two meet again in two or three months time. @flattythehurdler, youâll surely make a weekend of it?
Are we really at home for the semi final on the basis of playing them in Nowlan Park already?
POD opening the Cheque book.
There is no bigger name in the Gaa.
Oh no.
Harte is a weak link. Goals remain an issue.
Still, itâs all fixable.
I donât know
Tbf thereâll be very few backs in the country able to man mark Conor whelan. Heâs an absolutle class act.
Whoâs dumb and dumber
Will take that. Itâs not just the win, but more so the addition of Rory O Connor, Kevin Foley and Paudie Foley to last years side, all 3 of them hugely improving the team. Good performance, opened them up a few times and created some lovely chances and scores thru good play
Be happier to get a tougher semi final to be honest. Kilkenny are fairly shit and will be worse without Fennelly (C.) and Murphy (P.).
Weâll beat the shit out of them.
More than likely
Iâll come for sure @bandage if I can get a ticket, which I suspect I actually wonât. Theyâll be like gold dust.
Wexford were very good. A very enjoyable game. Galway played well. Was proud of the performance. It took a good team to beat them which is all you can ask.
Mannion has come on a lot.
Good game. Good for both sides. Good example of what kk will bring too, physical and high work rate. Was delighted to see how very keen galway were to win at the end. Would love to see them go at it in croker on a dry day.
Congrats wexford.
Who do you reckon will be in the league final Joe?
Limerick wexford
