Ken McGrath fairly impressed by Limerick.
Good enough game. Need more games like that to bring us along. Concerns are still the same. No free taker, defensive brain farts and conceding too many easy scores.
A good few positives. Reck was great, as was Kevin Foley. Heâs a much better reader of the game than Murphy so wouldnât surprise me to see him displace him once Rory O Connor is fully fit
Not too bad from a wexford perspective. 2 unreal saves made off Mac shots. One was a spectacular effort but the other he should have buried. Chin is not a good free taker and thatâs long known. Foley has to be the sweeper. Far cleaner on the ball than Murphy. He fucked up badly for the first goal, very similar to the one they conceded in championship to Waterford. O Hanlon needs to make sure of possession too, was sloppy for the other 2 goals. Created a lot of chances but not clinical enough. Tipp didnât out play them, and wexford played decent, but old failings of bad touch and bad shooting still are holding them back.

Doesnât matter Joe. Tipp & Wexford are ahead of everyone else and between them will share all the spoils available this year. Jason Forde & Lee Chin are unmarkable.
