I’ve been in Malta for the past week. Fuck me, it’s unbearably hot. Wasn’t my idea to come to southern Europe in mid to late July.
Nearly 20 years since I was last here. Still a lovely spot.

Blame the ol doll 
Was out in the boat at 9. Heap of mackerel caught and gutted and back on the pier for 11. Will throw about 40 fillets on the pan now and watch the kids mill them.

Stayed there last year. Make sure to go to the human tower gatherings. I think different crowds do them once or twice a week.

Yep, the human towers (Castellers) are well worth a look, this site gives you details of when and where they are on, mostly at weekends. Can only see one performance scheduled for this weekend near Tarragona in La Mora on Sat at 6.30pm. Schedule - CCCC
