Theyā€™re all the one out that side.

The four elms, the cats cradle, the stroller, the hunting lodge, the hamlet, riordans holycross, Clarkeā€™s Bruff, Simon MacAuliffes. A nice little crawl home there.

The hamlet is gone.
And Riordans was terrible the last time I was in there

Saw light in the hamlet recently.

did the catā€™s cradle close down recently as well? we had a family function there a few years back and I knew it was up for sale

I drove* past it after 6/7/8 pints last night and it looked closed.

Have you been in any nice chippers in Limerick yet?

Still open.

I havenā€™t yet but Iā€™d highly recommend the Hook and Ladder, itā€™s not a chipper but they do a savage prawn cocktail sandwich. Iā€™m hoping to get to donkeys before my departure.

youā€™d have to wonder how. Thereā€™s fuck all traffic around there really. It wouldnā€™t be in walking distance for anywhere.

The lad in the straight jacket inside the window isnā€™t me but Iā€™m pretty confident itā€™s a Limerick forum member.

A Galway man still drinking the shit out of Limerick 10 days on , while the population of Limerick has returned to humdum for nearly a week .

Gas

A few usually drop in after the dog racing on the way home I believe . Really screwed with the drink driving laws. I would think it only opens evenings. I pass it on the way home. The family are involved with a soccer club so that might get a few in after a game. Also involved with Liberties but as you say remote to housing.

is that the soccer team that plays up on the pitch on the side of a hill near the pub? canā€™t remember their name.

I would have thought the bit of grub in the day would have kept them open? It must be a desolate auld place for a pint of a midweek evening

@Tassotti and myself are keeping the local economy going this week mate.
