Turn the glass to take the next sip, or tilt it to wash away the ring so its clean all the way down. My father used to do it and it seems I picked it up off him, I didn’t notice I did it til a friend pointed it out a few years ago. I suppose you could say it’s a little tradition of mine.

I see. OCD kid.
Most pint glasses have the brand on opposite sides and then a mark to say it’s a glass that holds a pint; I always drink out of the clear part of the glass, always!
