I try keep heavy nights to Friday’s. Sat for recovery and Sunday back to normal. Works a treat. Brunch had, off to lidl now, gym, pancakes then hurling.

Good man. I did gym session no.5 of the week this morning followed by bacon and eggs and 2 mugs of tea. The shopping done for the week now and nothing to do for the rest of the day but watch sport and relax. #livingthedream

No beer yesterday. Was in bed at 9.30. I feel fucking great.
I’m in the United States. I’m at a beautiful beach resort in South Carolina with a number of acclaimed golf courses. The weather is beautiful. I spent the day at the beach. I’ve rented a beautiful house for the weekend with my pals. I’m sitting on the back porch having a few cold beers (browsing TFK). We’re all here for another pal’s wedding which takes place tomorrow. Happily for him he’s marrying a bird who is filthy rich. I’m on top of the world guys.
