An hour of yoga followed by my first jog in ages along the velvet strand. Fucking beautiful. Watched Clarcam romp into second(ta Mac!) and am getting into a superb power salad. Lentils, red onions, tomatoes, peppers, rocket, feta, pumpkin seeds, roasted hazelnuts and salmon.

Top of the fucking world!
What was the fanny like in the yoga class?

Zero fanny EG. I do it off the internet. But I do have a soft spot for Tiffany Cruickshank, the teacher.

Tassotti’s mate has arrived early…Chances are I could end up on the TFK day of drink related depression and suicidal thoughts…

Sums up the journey the men of this country have been on. Fit mind, fit body, food as fuel.

Imagine any one of your fathers writing those words down. they would have been beaten stupid

It’s good to have another woman on the board to keep Assumpta company.

Shocking snub of @Midshipman Asha

Leave Assumpta alone!! By the way she told me to lay FC Basel…

I’ll live, I’d say. Just.

Had my first decent shite in about a week. Badly needed. Been ateing bacon and egg rolls all week. Have me rightly blocked up

You’d need plenty of fluids in you when you’re munching those pills @Tassotti

Bouncing.

Marty Whelan set the morning in motion with some Sinatra classics on the way to work. The sun was creeping over East Galway as Frankie launched into ‘Thats Life’.

Anyway, on to the childminders, dropped off the young lady who loves the place and once I got my goodbye hug she didnt even look back once as I sauntered off. Was nice to see all the yummy mummies in their casual Friday gear. The only way you can real judge an ass is when its draped in jeans… some passed, some failed miserably. Granted some of them are not long after having kids so will reassess in a few months.

Anyway, in an effort to keep the positive Friday feeling going, I stopped off for a sit down breakfast and treated myself to a savoury omelette where I explain the Common Agricultural Policy to some a polish lady as she cracked eggs furiously with a steely focus yet somehow accompanied by a pleasant smile. I red the first 10 -15 pages of the farmers journal, had some casual conversation with some postmen who were after finished their morning… are there a happier group of people than postmen??

Anyway, out of a 2 hour meeting now where I deflected some ‘real’ work till next week.

Onwards and Upwards.

FAO of @Kinvara’s Passion - I was a postman for 2 weeks in 1999 and I was very happy.

You’ve done an impeccable job maintaining it pal.

I sorted post one Christmas during college. I was quite happy. I came across some mail for a cunt of a neighbour of ours who had tried to have our dog impounded and fucked it in the bin so I was pleased with that.

Ah thats excellent.

I read a clip online where Russell Crowe was interviewed in the Farmers Journal, its doesnt get more Hollywood than that for him I’m sure, the fucking Journal. He even mentioned the Ploughing Championships in Laois and how he’d love to pop along I believe. Russell would be more than welcome in the midlands  :pint:
