I wouldnt think there is any possibility of a third trial unless the decision is overturned for some reason. The jury have spoken.

Very much so. A lot of deception. She stile years back, and then when caught stole from another company to pay the first one back. She changed company bank details on an invoice to her bank details so money was lodged in her account. Amd thing is, its not like she spent it on cars or holidays or a lavish lifestyle. Its hard to know what she spent any of it on. She had gotten away with all the shite first time around, why she then went at it again i dont know. The faking a death was icing on the cake then.

A man who drugged and sexually assaulted a teenage girl has been jailed for five years.
Aidan Duffy (44) of Crowe Street, Gort, Co. Galway pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault and one of engaging in a sexual act with a child under 17 at a location in Co. Galway on a date in June 2023. Duffy has one previous conviction for a minor drugs offence.
The victim in the case indicated to the court that she wished to retain her right to anonymity, but wants Duffy to be named.
The court heard she was 16 at the time and Duffy was known to her family.

A lad local here had eyes like that. Not as bad though.
Heās a truck driver and had to have surgery as he couldnāt see out properly any more.
