In The Courts

They all drive brand new Mercs over here as well, (or so I’ve heard :man_shrugging:)

I disagree. He was cunning enough, started off with €20 - it worked so he ramped up to €400 and more success. He then went balls in for an expensive phone and got away with that all within a two hour timeframe. This lad, whether you like it or not, knew how to play the game and thankfully got caught.
A despicable act on a vulnerable female that is likely to leave lasting scars for years. The judge in the case meted out the right result for once and the perpetrator can take time to reflect on his actions.

A mild GLD is no excuse really, that’s like the slow lads you were in school with, they know the difference between right and wrong

Kyler will have to wait until Friday to find out if its Munster Championship or Mountjoy this summer.

Out of curiosity what does Kyle do to while away the day?
Would a stretch affect his future prospects or has he one of those makey-uppy jobééns like a financial consultant, marketing manager or technical advisor. He certainly doesn’t look like he’s used to grafting…

There was a picture of him working for Kirby Engineering in the airport. I think it’s gone now.

Think he works/worked in HR/recruitment for Kirby’s

He owns a restaurant

A quick peek into the Kirby operation would lead you to believe that the crowd building the new hospital (BAM) are a bunch of cowboys.
These certainly appear to be serious players. Enough directors of this and that anyway.

Easy lad its a chipper.

A nice way of putting it.

Hayes’ father Liam was called to give evidence and he said he relied solely on his son to run the family dairy farm after he had a coronary bypass in 2022 and was no longer “physically robust”.

Letters were also read out in court from medical professionals confirming Liam Hayes’ fragile condition and said the farm was being run by Kyle Hayes on behalf of his father.

Kyler’s time management skills must be something else to be holding down a job with Kirby’s, running a Dairy Farm full time, managing a Fast Food Restaurant, playing Inter County Hurling along with making 15-20 Court Appearances per year.

The lads are certainly “physically robust” as recent court notes report.

It’s certainly a flaw in the Kiely playbook that a relief milking roster isn’t in place to help poor Kyler. I suppose a lot of lads would be afraid to go near them for fear of being clattered over something trivial.

Beaten to within an inch of your life with a set of clusters

What a wonderful son he is. That’s unbelievable to read.

“Please dont put my son in jail as my other two sons are also in jail and I cant run my dairy farm with three sons in jail.”
