Injuries
I had all of the above done bar removing loose bodies.

It will not be very sore, I would rate my pain levels at 3/10 for the week following. I was on crutches for 3/4 days. You will not need any assistance in the bathroom.
Splendid stuff, old chap. Are you around my age range (32 and 11 months)? How long were you off work for?

Yes, +/- 2.5 years. A week was plenty time, I was back serving my clients with renewed vigour following my week off.

I understand the surgeon will sign me off for 4 weeks but Iā€™d obviously return much earlier if Iā€™m physically capable. Were you satisfied with the results of the operation?

Extremely satisfied. I am twice the man I was previously.

Ah, so itā€™s a ā€œhipā€ operation.

Interesting how this coincided with Bandage getting a new woman. Looks like he got an ultimatum.

Thrust harder or go home stuff?

Iā€™ve forgotten who you are, please donā€™t remind me.

U14 football last night, a very hardy midfielder on our team strolled over to the opposition free taker before a crucial free and told him he would suffer the consequences if he scored. He missed.

The midfielders a prick for doing it, but the free taker should be coached to not let that shit affect him. Where were his teammates? This is what Iā€™m talking about, they should be coached to look out for each other, someone should have strolled past your midfielder and told him if he tries that shit again, weā€™ll belt the fucking head off him. The physical stuff doesnā€™t have to happen, but they should have ways of handling the intimidation. Underage sport is becoming more and more mental, especially with mental parent involvement.
oh fuck, fire alarm, evacuate!

That doesnā€™t surprise me given the antics of your u12ā€™s when we played them earlier this year.

That was only high jinks.

getting bad pain in both hips lately, i feel like i need someone to come along and snap my legs back into place,
i find doing stretches like lunges helps relieve the pain somewhat.
if i am rotating my leg as well i can feel and hear a clicking sound in the hip joint
its been there now for a year or so
anyone have any thoughts / ideas?

have something similarā€¦Iā€™ve been told its probably a rotator cuff tearā€¦

on both sides scumpot?
what is the treatment do you know?

Isnā€™t your rotator cuff in your shoulder? Baseball players suffer a lot with it?

noā€¦i have it only on one sideā€¦Iā€™m only speculating palā€¦havenā€™t bothered going to physio yet ā€¦the fact that stretching seems to help you would make me think that its not as serious as Bandageā€™s predicamentā€¦

I would assume that that the fact your shoulder and hip have quite a similar ball and socket type structure they would be in bothā€¦

thanks mate
should i just keep on stretching it?
