Insolvency

It’s chancers like Chucks that helped bankrupt Oireland. Theses cowboys are actually proud of the strokes they pull and gloat about ripping people off.

I’ll be back when the whole mess is sorted out. :money_mouth_face:

Manners are important mate, I was well reared, doesn’t matter what business you’re in

but did @Chucks_Nwoko not say that. He was dealing with the guys who were being mannerly in a mannerly fashion. Those who were going mental demanding home addresses of the boss were dealt with in the same manner they approached him and he hung up. there are ways to deal with things. Screaming and roaring and issuing idle threats wont get anywhere, no matter how outraged they are. Finding the details of the insolvency agency and making sure you get top of their list would be one, finding details of the potential reinstatement contractor, if any, would be another. Roaring at someone that they are a prick and you want to kill them will give you a momentary satisfaction and letting it out, but it wont solve their financial problems. It’s shitty that it happened, there is no denying that.

I dont know the ins and outs of it but have dealt situations of insolvency and others who just ceased trading. Most of them acted in a really horrible manner, getting more money than they should and absolutely screwing over subbys. In most cases, the subbys in the long run didnt get too burned, they either got paid out or got back to complete work on the project they were on. The company’s who went bust in most case were horrible pricks who couldnt care less though. I’d hope chucks has more about them than some of the cunts I would have had workings with who in most cases knew what was going on and made sure they got themselves in order and set up for their next venture and didnt give 2 fucks about screwing anyone else.

you dont know what you’re talking about. this is the real world. these lads want their money, he doesnt have it, he cant give them their money, they know he cant give them their money. there is no place for manners in this scenario. a hape of fucks being thrown left right and centre and in truth what ape would sit there and listen to that?

WIth all due respect mate, it’s clear you have years of experience in cuntishness but I’m trying to clear up what may have been a misunderstanding.
@Chucks_Nwoko’s original post did not imply roaring and shouting was going on, I think this is why it hasn’t gone so well for him, I think there’s always a place for manners in the real world, these guys could be in the shitter here.
The TFK way doesn’t cut it in those circumstances.

That’s a long rant for someone who doesn’t know the ins and outs of it.

Quit the snowflake act, mate.

not much of a rant pal. I’m trying to be the voice of reason here. Its an anti rant, I’m telling you not to shout and bawl like a fucking idiot.

I didnt shout or bawl at all, mate … @flattythehurdler is your man here.

I meant you as in “one shouldnt”. Sorry, I’ll use royal way of talking with one in the future, fucking cork cunt.

Chocks changes the story every time he posts. Started with people asking for the owners address. Nothing more. Nothing implied. These people, who had been defaulted on through no fault of their own were “apes”. This then changed to threats of violence, to all our assault, and finally ended up as an intention to lynch the owner and his family, as a few Internet strangers pulled him up on his attitude.
Given the aggression he has demonstrated here once on the defensive, one can imagine that the phone calls weren’t quite as one sided as he is now trying to paint.

I think you’ve singled out one sentence of a post and overreacted.

Why do you think people who are owed money would want the owners address? To send him a Christmas Card?

Maybe to ask for their cash. Maybe it’s a sign of desperation. You are right, I probably did overreact, but a similar thing happened to a subbie I was labouring for in new York, and he nearly lost his house.

That never happened

I could furnish exact details. Cunt that went “insolvent” was from donegal. Had done it before apparently.

I’ve often seen that it wouldnt be once off that these things happen. Had just looked up there before lunch about a crowd who stopped trading and just folded a few years ago. Whole lot of the directors set up another company since, and folded again. And they have a new company once again now. One of the “About Us” comments on their website was about “sustaining and enhancing their reputation” and “continue to be a responsible business”. It would be hilarious if it wasnt so tragic what they did.

Its a standard business practice. Go insolvent, set up new company with other family members as directors, work for them as an employee. Rinse and repeat. There was a restaurant close by here that was run by 3 different legal companies even though it was the same name and same staff and chef. A cunt of things for suppliers I imagine which is why so many of them now won’t do business unless its cash on delivery with pubs, restaurants, cafes etc.

Did you ever think they might need the address to serve a summons on the cunt?

And chucks ain’t doing too bad out of it based on his NFL betting posts
