Ireland politics (Part 1)

Well you can and you won’t be amenable to any court action over it. Thats not to say that the dail internal procedures won’t discipline you.

Leos comments were worse than Murphy’s especially when there’s still trials to come

Mary Lou and Noirin going at it again today on public accounts committee. I think Mary Lou enjoys tormenting Noirin.

Regina Doherty could be the third one.

Shit I hope she doesn’t send the gardai after me.

Murphy accusing Leo of defamation. FG just can’t keep a lid on their arrogance. Even though the courts found the Jobstown boys not guilty that still isn’t good enough for the blueshirts.

As we say in West Cork, FG can’t pass a sleeping dog without kicking it.

I don’t know but I can’t think Leo will be unhappy with the broad reaction to his comments.

Here’s the first comment on the journal article today on it - note the reaction. Anything I’ve seen on social media over the last day or two has been broadly favourable to the comments.

Be the Lord Jaysus. Varadkar got totally under the Unionists skin there.

John Bruton might give up one of his pensions in protest.

Leo and Simon are in the 'RA

Vol. Varadkar really stuck it to the Brits yesterday. And quite rightly too.

If they want a hard border, let them pay for it and deal with the consequences.

Name the bastards .

There will be a flap of journalists on this on as it’s the silly season. Be surprised if we don’t have a few names before the weekend.

Probably the journos drank the free liquor .

My two kids most likely.
