Just noticed on the sidebar there that Paddy Kenny is still injured apparently. With Given out this could be a massive blow to the team. From what I’ve seen of Henderson he’s not great. Colgan isn’t good enough either.
Yeah was discussing this last night, it?s a big worry because neither Henderson or Colgan are good enough. Apparently Henderson?s on the bench at whatever team he?s at now because of a contract dispute. They may try persuade Kiely to come back but he?s not getting a game for Portsmouth now with David James there. We?ll need a commanding keeper for both games and I?m not even sure Kenny?s that either.
Squad announced. Again, he?s on about building a team for 2010 and that?s why he picked 25 including youngsters like McShane. That?s all well and good but I think all supporters want us to have a right crack at qualifying for the next one instead of almost writing off this one after just one game.
