It’s very rare to see a player so gassed these days. It’s not as if he was up and down. Stevens and McLean got most of it and Browne ran more than him

Here’s the rubby crowd in. They were very upset about fellas having a go at the number one team in the world, a while back. Begrudgery they called it I think.

Enda Stevens I was horribly wrong. Excellent showing. We’ve terrible mentality problems though and seem to only play well when we concede. Thought whelan was well gassed before he allowed that cross in. Doherty gets a raw deal on here and may be a bit if a prick but he done well tonight. McLean is some athlete but so incredibly limited. If we’d a few technical players with his drive we’d be doing well.
