I am in town for the match. Any recommendations for bars?
Nice to get the win but in fairness the Omanis are no great sheikhs
A Twix and a Caramel and get the fuck home.
There wonât be a remake of Sharias of Fire made about this match. Good to see the Irish didnât lose their heads against their Arab opponents.
Last night was yet another illustration of what a useless and horrible cunt Darren Gibson is
I didnât bother watching this, did anyone @chewy louie @Bartosz Bereszynskiego @Rocko
Watched the first half and dipped in and out of the second half. Poor game played at a pedestrian pace. We have some very limited players and will struggle against any half decent opposition as I canât see oour defence holding up to much pressure.
Weâll be doing very well to beat Georgia. Whats the likely team?
Given
Coleman, OâShea, Pearce, Ward
McGeady, Meyler, McCarthy, Brady
Long, Keane
Given & Keane are finished unfortunately, although Robbie might pop up with one and the alternatives arenât great. No idea why Given is back.
Ward wouldnât stop spuds being hurled to ducks.
Coleman, McGeady, Meyler, Brady are good in fairness and wouldnât look out of place in any Irish team of the last ten years.
McCarthy is capable of being a superstar but Iâve never seen him try a lick for Ireland.
OâShea is fine but needs someone decent beside him IMO.
Long will try hard but his finishing is suspect.
Havenât seen much of Pearse.
There is zero credible evidence to suggest that Robbie Keane is finished.
Sorry forgot where I was.
Robbie Keane is the greatest striker of all time.
No, I had some very important business to attend to.
he is an absolute cunt

Steven Ward, Pearce, bringing back an old keeper who is a gay iconâŚ
