The Irish Government need to introduce a new tax which will go towards paying Borussia Dortmund to sign Troy Parrott and keeping him out of the EPL.

More importantly the young lad Murphy got a call up which is impressive for a 16 year old. Hopefully he finally ends the Limerick player famine on the mens senior national team.

Finnan was the last Limerick born international but was raised in London.
Don Givens was similar, raised in Dublin.
Al Finucane was the last Limerick raised international to play a competitive fixture.
