the quicker the better for the lad I’d say.
Seems odd that the English FA hasn’t published the report and we don’t know what the dirty orange bastard said to McClean. That’s contrary to Suarez/Evra and a few other similar cases where they released a detailed case report.

Well done James McClean, yet again. A beacon of free expression and free non-expression and an example to all in how to stand up to bullies.
Nobody should have to wear a political symbol they don’t want to wear.
And they shouldn’t be forced to give reasons either.
James is totally right not to wear a poppy, for the simple fact that he doesn’t want to wear one.
And anything after that is just irrelevant noise.
He may not be the greatest footballer of all-time, but as a man, few have surpassed him in stature.
