Forgive me for being devilās advocate here, but could he not have at least joined arm in arm with his team mates. Nobody is saying he needs to wear a poppy. His head was down and he was silent anyway, so why make himself even more unnecessarily conspicuous by standing away from team matesā¦ā¦
