Joe Canning, Unquestionably the GOAT

I can’t speak for @Nembo_Kid, but it is my gripe. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Galway has precisely 0 chippers owned by Italians or which are members of the Irish Traditional Italian Chipper Association (ITICA).

This is nothing less than an anti-Italian conspiracy - the Galwegians will be attempting an Italian holocaust next.

As a result, and in solidarity with Anthony Cunningham - I’ll be confining my future chips intake in Galway to Godfather’s Pizza on Sea Road - that’s if they do chips, which I’m not sure about, actually.

What I do know is that the Galway hurling team is sponsored by a non-Italian chipper, and there appears to be a lot of large cut chips on shoulders on this forum about the unfairly maligned Anthony Cunningham.

That’s quite admirable in fairness

Galway has cultural links with Spain due to their maratime links . Spanish sailors rode local women like mad when they docked in Galway .

You are just taking the piss there ffs.

I think Brendan Cummins has been an absolute fantastic addition to TSG panel too.

An honourable man. Excellent observance. A fantastic addition.

I think so too. His Co Commentary work is top class too tbf. He seems to have an awful lot going for himself.

You can tell straight away that he knows exactly what he’s talking about. I suppose standing in goals gives you an additional unique insight. Into the bargain the man is a pure gent. I wish him every success in the future.

You’ve a lovely way about you.

Thanks har.

Crimmins also had shingles on the day of the Final. No more than Skehill in 2012, there’s no way he should have played.

Tuohy is as well, KP.

There must be about 20 people there.

That’s not a bad turnout to watch Joe Canning kick a rugby ball to be fair
