I’d go to see it in the cinema but it’s not showing in any cinema near me so hence my looking for a download. It is only showing in three cinemas by the looks of it (IFI, Cineworld and The Screen).
That’s not it. Pretty sure you’re downloading this:

An experiment of psychological effects under stressfull conditions in a shelter. When fifteen strangers are put into a nuclear shelter to see how long they can survive without interaction with the outside, things work out fine. Written by Marcos Eduardo Acosta Aldrete
Fifteen strangers of various ages and backgrounds are brought together by a scientific experiment in Frankfurt, Germany. They are committed to live for twenty days in a state-of-the-art nuclear fallout shelter. During the first days, they live in harmony, in despite of the cultural differences, the stale food, and the lack of entertainment. But near the end of the experiment, these people find out that a real nuclear attack is in progress. While it is widespread panic outside of the shelter, things take a turn for the worst inside. Written by Sergio Ortega
Oh well. Ortega is an excellent writer though and despite his fragile temperment some of his latter work has been astonishing. When you bear in mind his links to Frankfurt also it should make this a truely fascinating watch.

He does indeed write a smashing film review does Ortega. Not sure it means the film itself will be any use though. But back to the point on Ortega. You’re right. Some of his recent works have been sensational.
[url=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100808/plotsummary]This review of The Tragedy of Flight 103 in particular is spellbinding:
On December 21, 1988, Pan American Airways flight 103, a Boeing 747 carrying 259 people on a London-New York flight, was brought down by a bomb over Lockerbie, Scotland, killing all on board, plus 11 people on the ground. This film goes back several years before the bombing, starting with Pan Am’s botched “Alert” safety program to boost public confidence. Then, the accidental downing of an Iranian airliner by a US Navy warship pushed an extremist group to prepare a counter-attack, with a bomb disguised as a radio cassette player… while “Alert” is not heeding to the numerous safety concerns. I have a rule. If Ortega writes the review, I watch the film. How he overcame his marital problems and his battle with the booze is beyond me. I can’t wait until he writes a review of a film about his own life.
It’s good stuff, although it highlights something I know you have no regard for, the contribution of Martin Hannett to their work. The songs are there but it was Hannett who created the Joy Division sound, he was an absolute genius in the studio. Listen to their first album recorded in 1978 as Warsaw, they are basically another run of the mill punk band and then listen to Unknown Pleasures recorded in April 1979, the development of their sound is startling.
