I’ve thought about this - perhaps if there is a game at the weekend or training that it would take up 12 hours. That leaves 18 hours over 5 days - >3 hours a day on average.

They’d easily be a training three hours. Didn’t Kilkenny used to be meeting at 5 for training at 7? They’d be easily four hours training I’d imagine.

The question was how many hours training I think, not how many hours logistics, including the training

These guys are pumping iron, running and hurling 4 hours+ a day. Or if utilising a rest day, 5 hours a day.
