La Liga 2012/13
Barcelona and referees have cheated in order to make Barcelona successful, you seem to think referees cheating is acceptable - thankfully I come from a country where we look to tackle corruption and bring those responsible to account for their actions. I didn’t make up the incidences that have taken place, they happened.

You also shouldn’t be posting when you’re going through your period, your moodiness is intolerable.
Yawn, posts like this are way I keep out of soccer threads for the most part.

This Italian ‘shtick’ has gotten tiresome.

I hope you are a wum as if not you are just repetitive and banal.

How do ye think Neymar would fare at Barcelona if he joins? What position would he be likely to play?

He’s the real deal but don’t know if his style suits Barca’s possession game. He’d play as one of the wider attackers presumably but the likes of Sanchez and Villa have found it a struggle to play in the system where the need to retain possession is paramount. He’d be more suited to Real.

How many of Barcelona’s signings since Guardiola took over could be deemed successful? Alba, Pique and Alves would be the obvious ones. Keita maybe at a push. I don’t think Mascherano should be considered a success either. Talented players should not go to Barcelona as they will be stifled. If Neymar had any intelligence he would note the mistakes of other and not make the same one.

Outstanding result tonight for us. Keeps us in pole position for the last champions league spot. Agirretxe’s second was a joy to behold.

Barca were 2-1 down at half time tonight but Messi came on and scored a double and they won. Weird that he came off the bench and scored last weekend and this but wasn’t risked for the Champions League game in between.

I think that’s a fair criticism. It probably applies to Real Madrid in part too but they’ve brought in more players so their 50% strike rate doesn’t look too bad.

Our two most hated rivals combine to hand us the title

I’ve a real sneaking fancy that Atletico will send Mourinho out in ignominy tonight - 5/1 to win in 90 minutes, 3/1 to win the Cup. They have a perfect record of P3 W3 in finals at the Bernabeu and have plenty of experience of winning Cup finals having won the Europa League twice in the last four seasons.

You’ll get 12/1 on them now Sid, if you’re still confident

The Atletico goal is leading a charmed life at the moment.

I’ve double Leinster -12.5 with Athletico at about 10/1. Have I any chance of collecting the 2nd part of that?

Possibly but extra-time is more likely.

15 left of normal time and it’s 1-1.

Mourinho acting the little Hitler and he’s sent from the touchline.

Cristiano Ronaldo should be off. Deliberate handball and then a cynical kick across the back of the leg of Juanfran which should have been a red by itself.

Ronaldo finally booked. That’s two red cards worth he’s totted up now over the last five minutes as far as I’m concerned.

Simeone doing a very good job at Atletico, he was a very underrated player and seems to be doing well in management too.

I have been very impressed with him in his 18 or so months at Atletico although they have been poor for the most part in the games against Real and Barca where he has been too pragmatic. But he is a very good young manager and his side play quality counter attacking football for the most part
