The Barca fans probably didn’t care about losing the final because they’ve won a good bit in the last while.

They wouldn’t have cared too much if they won but I’m sure they are upset that they lost
I guess we’ll never know for certain now, but at least the result saved the Barca fans the ignominy of celebrating winning the cup final.

The football season is over. Nobody remembers the games after the middle of May. It’s all gaa now.

Yes. The first champions league final I remember vividly was Barcelona v arsenal in 05 id say. I remmeber missing an all Italian final and kind of recall United being knocked out by joses porto. I do bizarrely remmeber a bit of Porto v Celtic. I’d a little tv in the drawing room and I watched it with my grand uncle. Remember steve Thompson lining up a good few free kicks that night.
