I’m a boas man tsg.
I was indoctrinated into the dalyers faithful while living in Dublin by a friend of mine.
Would we fall out?

I’ve only been able to get to Tallaght twice so far this year but I’ll be backing them against Scumdalk alright
Newcastle.
I don’t consider bohs as rivals
I was at bohs shels circa '05 and it was tasty.
Rovers were shit then
@bandage might remember Newcastle from when Celtic fans were trying to convince themselves that Rafa Benitez wanted to manage them. Says a lot when he’d rather work with Mike Ashley than go up there
The annual battle to finish somewhere between 11th and 17th in the EPL must be exhilarating for Newcastle fans and Benitez. Although the latter gets to trouser £6mn a year for his troubles.
Somehow in between bottles of Corona and discussing music with @Sidney I seen to have become embroiled in a Celtic vs Newcastle debate.
Guys, with all the best will in the World. I don’t give an actual fuck
Newcastle finished 10th last season mate
I hope for your sake they reach those heady heights again. It could be a case of you not being happy if Newcastle finish in the top ten, but being upset if they don’t.
That’s a very tricky post to reply too. You’re very experienced
I won’t be too worried either way mate. I hope the Celtic fans can continue to be as excited as they currently are when they coast to a 10 in a row in a few years and 20 in a row 10 years after that
Burn
Thanks, pal. Another couple of trebles might be asking for too much as part of 10 in a row, but let’s not neglect the cups. The dramatic injury time winner in 2017 and second half comeback victory today were particularly memorable, unless winning cup finals that go down to the wire is something that would bore you as a fan.
Speaking as a neutral in this debate, I must say City’s first treble wasn’t in any way boring. Including the comprehensive victory in the FA cup final.
I can’t even fathom a treble treble. The dedication that goes in to it is off the charts. To go again, and again, and again. Off the chain.
Winning everything every year would personally bore me as a fan. You’ve been taking my compliments about the fans of the football team you chose to support as a criticism all day and night for some reason
Not at all, mate. This level of success is actually unprecedented. It hasn’t happened all the time is the point.
Well thats because the only competitor went bust 7 or 8 years ago
The treble treble is a good achievement considering cups are always tricky but I think the ten in a row when its won is just by default. The same two teams win the league every year for over 25 years then one of them goes bust and the other wins 10 in a row. Reasonable enough
The objective in every sport is to win.
If people get sick of winning then sport stops.
