I accidentally left the top of the petrol container off for the bones of the week and it was sitting in the sun. Am I based to dispose of it? For a lawnmower…
Why the fuck would you.
Flick a lit match at it, just to be sure
If you were running an F1 car it wouldn’t be ideal, but your lawnmower will survive just fine mate
Probably gone slightly sour so expect a small bit of blue smoke but nothing to worry about.
Fucking townies
2 fooking hours cutting the grass used to take 20 minutes need to get @iron_mike up some Saturday morning at 6:00 to shake up the place
Get the stepometer out Bod
How ye settling in pal? Are the cats getting used to it? Our fella is ten now and on his fifth house the poor fucker. Takes a week or so to adjust each time.
V bad Friday beginning to settle a bit now alright got the sitting room cleared somewhat yesterday and once stuff was in such as cushions chairs etc they relaxed somewhat.
Tis great, you’ll grow to love that me time
Our fella usually takes off for 24 hours after a few days and the Mrs worries away. This time he was gone nearly three days. She was freaked out. He turned back up then
Bought a lovely new one today in woodies, briggs & stratton petrol engine, 150 cc’s.
Hopefully get to give it a run now tomorrow evening.
Too wet today.
Take some before & after photos for us.
Nah, would only make you jealous kid.
You need to get the weed and feed out
Bigtime, to be fair, I’m only in the house a week.
When assembling the grass-box (assuming it’s a clip together number) make sure to seal the clips with a drop or two of a Superglue. These yokes have/had a history of snapping as you detach them full from the mower, particularly if the grass is anyway damp/wet.
The grass itself should be okay, doesnt look the best there, but when we first viewed the place back in February it was dry out - at the height of three storms in a row.
Good advice though @anon67715551
