It is physically possible but you’d need to able to leap high and have expert timing, otherwise you’d smash your forearm. It’s physically unlikely. But even if it’s possible for a ball to cross the threshold and be caught, giving a point for it is against the spirit of the game. In my view if a goalkeeper catches it it shouldn’t be a point. It would be fairly easy to write a rule change for this which would take the confusion out of the situation.
