Was out for a few pints Thursday night with a good Kilkenny lads. The one lad who knows his stuff the most said they’d go very close to the all Ireland. He looks right.
Yeah he failed to make any impact at all. Keoghan did very little too. Cody had some magic touches. He’s a fucking gem.

Well in fairness, they were only a win against Dublin away from an AI semi final so how could he be wrong

Galway are arguably a better team than Kilkenny and should have beaten them in last years Leinster final. Although Shane O’ Neill has lost more championship games as manager than he’s won which isn’t the most promising (even off a small sample size of 5).

I wouldn’t even argue it. Both teams playing to their best they beat us comfortably.

Path for Galway back into it, a lot clearer after today. Clare or Waterford next weekend and if they prevail there, beaten Munster Finalists. They’ve brought some work on themselves, when they really should be sitting pretty in an All Ireland semi final tonight.
Mattie Kenny sounds like Kermit the Frog putting on an Irish accent.
Having beaten Tipp last year the tendency of that rivalry would suggest they’ll lose to them by a point in this years quarter-final (assuming the Tipp lads are correct and they lose to Limerick).
