That was a pitiful second half from dublin. I havenāt seen it back but i reckon sean brennan should of done better for the first 2 goals. That would make 4 goals he is at fault for in 4 games. Alan Nolan is and always has been a better option.
Our forwards are shit. We have always been light up there but the alarming loss of form in both Sutcliffe and Hayes means we are completely dependent on Donal Burke. Burke did well in the first half but faltered in the second.
I know some of the galway lads here are wary of Dublin and with some justification. But i dont think we have a hope of doing anything in salthill. We will probably go through in third place because Wexford are shit too but its only delaying the inevitable
Iāll be gobsmacked if Dublin come within an assās roar of Galway. They were very poor yesterday, touch was off, it took Sutcliffe about 4 attempts to pick up the ball in space at one stage in the second half. Their decision making was also atrocious and they had given up after about 15 minutes into the 2nd half
They were cat but for some reason they always tend to perform against Galway. Still be a bit of a surprise if they manage to pull out a win in Salthill next week.
