Just checked the dates and what a relief - I can take part in both Irelandâs Fittest Company and Gizzy Lyngâs retreat in west Kerry.

Your three hosts will run workshops on poetry writing, a singing circle, physical exercise with non contact hurling, wild food foraging, plant identification and more. The day will begin with yoga and meditation, continue with healthy (organic where possible) food with your choice of workshops, energetic or calm, and will end around the campfire sharing music, poetry or your daily observations.
