Mcilroys whole game seems in disarray at the moment. He put a ball in a swimming pool in someones house on one hole with the cameras panning to the bottom of the pool showing the golf ball which was mildly amusing. He 3 putted from 18 feet on next hole and hit one of his worst chips in his career on last hole. I would say he might be entering into a period of transition like Fowler or Spieth have been going through for last few years. Every shot he is hitting is a hook. Trying to match Bryson for speed has killed his swing.
Poulter seems to have recovered better from their recent joint meltdown as heās just pasted McIlroy 6 & 5 in the WGC Matchplay.

Mcilroy hit his own father Gerry with a call on last hole. It actually helped him considerably as if the ball ran on it would have gone behind the trees.
