He was so good around then. Ttat was a marvelous team goal but he was excellent that night, and that season.

I don’t blame him for moving to Manchester United at the end of that season but it would have been interesting to see how his career panned out if he had stayed.

I think he would have gone onto better things than he did if he had.

Very sad, lovely footballer. Great achievement to play first team for United or any top tier team since Premiership was established and influx of international players. Rest In Peace.
