Wouldnt be like him. Was he wearing boots or barefoot?

Apparently NCW were very impressive but Claughaun wouldn’t be up to much. The semi final draw will be interestint

Who else could it possibly be….

Must be resting up for the hurling next week

I’d like to see him try to kick an O’Neill’s matchball while barefoot :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Would be tough also trying to stay on your feet in this weather but it’s thebsame fella who played junior b East championship barefoot so you’ll never know

Nightmare year for Galbally. I thought they would have beat Bally handy

Griffins hammered Bruff as expected. They have to be seen as favourites from here.

Aaron Gillane has done his ankle. Will be out for months.

Big blow

From the puc foda? Wasn’t he a sponsers pick

Dislocated it…

He’s had a breakdown

Broke his ankle at poc fada? Patrickswell will be fuming.

That’s Peter Casey, Barry Murphy and Aaron Gillane out next year.

Time to blood some young lads in. Aidan O Connor, Nix, Paddy OD…

It’s too late dum dums, you’ve blown your cover

I like this club notes from Galbally; a couple of veiled digs yet straight to the point.

GALBALLY GAA CLUB NOTES

The Galbally Senior Footballers faced local rivals Ballylanders in the Senior Football Relegation Semi Final in Kilmallock on Sunday last. Unfortunately it led to a defeat by 1-13 to 0-11. Ballylanders raced into a 0-5 to 0-0 lead after 10 minutes of the first half. Ultimately they never relinquished their lead and that period effectively built a cushion that won the game for them.

At 1-12 to 0-7, Ballylanders were home and dry after 23 minutes of the second half and a few late Galbally scores during an extended period of injury time resulted in a five point defeat. The relegation final against Na Piarsaigh is the next fixture and this will require a highly disciplined performance.

After relegation in 2001, it took until 2010 to win the Intermediate title. After relegation again in 2014, it took until 2018 to win the Intermediate title. It is vital at this juncture for the team to maintain Senior status.

They’ve built themselves up from getting promoted, to staying in senior, to getting to the semi final, and now drop back to face a relegation final. Very surprising, although they weren’t dealt the greatest hand with their group.
