No, English will be overage next year. With the change to 17s, very rare you’ll see a 3-year minor anymore. He’ll be some addition to the Doon seniors & the Limerick 20s though.

Is it next year that the rule stopping players from doubling up on under 20s and senior IC coming in?
Rule is in place this year if you play any senior minutes but once the team is out of the senior Championship, they are free to play for the 20s again.
