Limerick GAA 2023-2024.... 5 in a row is not here (Part 4)

The Well are a bizarre team. How can they have the three lads and not find a formula that works

They deserve to win it out now. Should do too

Well, to be fair, they didn’t have Aaron for the second half when they actually seemed to get on top (presumably with the wind?).

Because it’s 15 a side

Derek has Doon purring

And all bar Rathkeale fairly strong favourites too.

The lads around them aren’t too bad either like. Definitely something wrong there management wise

Mushes going for a double

Between themselves, NCW and Loughmore/Castleiney with basically the same squads in both; making a mockery of those who say you can’t be dual :grinning:

Flagged it a heap of times on here since earlier in the year, but Patrickswell were at nothing with that Management team. Don’t know him personally, but Conor Dolan in my eyes has just been failure after failure the last 5 years with any team he has been with. Was surprised he was able to get involved with Well’s Senior Hurlers.

Contrasting then, it looks like Doon have a good Management team to go with a good panel.

Thats the problem they pretty much just have the 3 lads…they lost 4 championship matches this year…they have been very poor this championship.a bit more belief and ahane and monaleen should have beaten them.

West Limerick hurling heritage alive and well

Hard to know what to make of it.

Doon looked unstoppable for 20 minutes and hit 15 points from all over the field. They then scored four points in the next half an hour or so. Byrnes missed a couple of frees when they were four or five down with about 10 to go that could have really put the pressure on.

Few rumours of a return for Peter Casey going around here in Rathkeale.

Anyone hear anything?

Buff Egan is broadcasting in MNP. You can hear him before you see him.

Rebecca Delee is a fine thing all being told

Some crowd in kilmallock. Patrickswell dogged it out despite only 14 players second half . Everything Doon hit went over first half .
Too many wides then for the Well when they had gone through a v good 20 minutes of out scoring Doon .
