Recovered well to lead at the break with a strong breeze to aid them in the 2nd half. Both OāFarrells look very dangerous inside but we were cleaned in the middle third for a lot of that half, allowing Clare to run through at will. Clare should certainly have at least one, if not two more goals on the board. Full-back line looks nervy also and Michael Collins has caused problems.
A wind never won a game but that goal before the half should give them fresh belief.
Looked like we would be doing well to go in six or seven down after 15 minutes.
We probably could have had a third goal also though with Robert OāFarrellās point if he took it on a bit further, he knew exactly what he was doing the second time. Clare with a fair few more wides Iād say though alright.
