- Its 2-7 to 0-10
The fact ive seen more of the club championship on buff egans snapchat than the county board says enough.
If the Leader or Sporting Limerick had their ducks in a row they could have an twitter live space on a Friday night where they would have guests on n previewing the rest of the weekends matches and getting live updates on the games being played tonight. Would make the lack of streaming a bit better.
Plenty of drama so far tonight with Drom securing a victory and Adare heading a charge against Ballybrown.
Heâll be back to lead Limerick in 2025
Latte drinkers 1-26 salts of the earth 1-17
The KD machine rolls on.
Another solid win over pats who are game but limited.
Dec Hannon scoring like itâs 2009 for the Adare hurlers
If the legs are gone for centre back. Could he do in the forwards for Limerick
Hannon to centre forward, quaid to centre back, Dowling to goalie.
Again the CB fixing games at the same times and no double headers⌠impossible for officials and supporters alike
Youâd be scoffed at but he is the nicest hurler in the country but has no legs out of possession. Maybe a drifting 11 role I donât know, but you canât line up against cork with him and Byrneâs in the same line again. If Hannon plays, Kyle probably should be centre back. If Hannon is a forward and gets the ball in his hand, he wonât miss much. Jason Forde but with more nous and substance.
Imagine Kiely is in his ear asking for one more year. Cork are probably the team he most struggles with due to their pace - but he was excellent in all the other games.
No issue against Clare whatsoever
I think he probably has to play somewhere, Kyle centre, Dan FB, there wonât be many goals
Noel McGrath role maybe
Hannon is 31. He has loads left in him. Conlon is 35 and he was excellent against cork and heâs not in the same league as hannon.
Itâs a horses for courses match up when Limerick play Cork, Hannon and WOD are chasing shadows with pacy runners like Fitzgibbon and Barrett, Adam English starting in midfield will be alot of the problem solved next year in that regard.
Mike Reidy absolutely levelled his own brother today towards the end. Would have been a borderline red card if he did it to a Monaleen player.
ĂâDĂĄlaigh was a threat inside for them. Heâs not very direct but he gets his scores. Joe Fitz very good in midfield too. Monaleen a little bit slicker in securing possession and playing around than D/A who ran out of legs completely in the last 10-15 minutes.
Having said that, Jack Fitzgibbon left two gaping goal opportunities behind him. One a tame shot one-on-one with Jamie Power after being well picked out by Seanie OâLeary when Fitzgibbon was completely unmarked. The second one, he sidestepped Power and had an empty net but seemed to leave the ball behind him.
What way is that group looking now
