I believe the issue is that Kilmallock looked for the Doon-Na P match to be taken out of Fitzgerald Park as the pitch is burnt and they don’t want any more than one game played there.
Mac saw an opportunity to play a big game out west so he could canvass votes and switched the Claughaun fixtures. Asking Doon to go to NCW would have been crazy, in fairness.
