The GDA roles are a bit of a double edged sword.
If you are good at that sort of thing, you wonât stay in that role, and thereâs probably only a handful of those type roles where you could earn a decent living.
Cappamore are done so, after reaching the final last year
Glenroe going very well, I didnât expect that to be honest.
Going to predict semi finalists as Glenroe, Monaleen, Bruff, Dromin Athlacca in that order
Tbf I would have had them as more likely relegation candidates than finalists after 2020, they had no threat from play whatsoever. They probably over-achieved last year. Still not technically impossible to qualify, 8 points would normally be enough to get through but, yes, seems very unlikely that theyâll win 4-in-a-row having lost the opening three. Still, thereâs a few weeks to reset, you wouldnât be surprised if they got enough to stay up if they regroup properly.
What are we looking at now?
Glenroe- 5
Bruff- 5
Effin- 4
Monaleen- 4
NCW- 3
D/A- 2
Knockainey- 1
Cappamore- 0
Still all to play for with 4 games to go. 8 points will probably be the marker that you need to get over to be guaranteed qualification.
Whatâs the story with relegation? Is it bottom 4 into semi finals or just bottom 2 into a final
Think itâs just bottom team straight relegated.
Only a relegation final if teams finish on the same number of points.
Time waits for no man. Some bellies on show.
âjetsâ is a new wan in the hurling nomenclature
Seanie Tobin man of the match. Sure he must have 20 years on some of them lads
I did think it was a little unfair.
Seanie is 32 I think? I know heâs not actually playing anymore but if he was, heâd be one of the best players in the club championship by a mile.
Ciaran is 52, although still has a touch of class about him.
