Good man Sean
Nasty stuff, you’d do well not to be posting such drivel
John “Wheezy” Kiely
People just have awful hatred for teams that have managers with initials JK
Hard to know how Tipp will approach it at this stage, but it has the potential to be an awful hiding.
Forced unlawful carnal knowledge - Tipp
This is time to humiliate the cunts. No let up.

Ye’re in some form.
Yerra, I’d take the league with a pinch of salt, but winning is a good habit, especially when you’re throwing in 21s, 19s and junior b lads. Couple of nice young players putting their hands up.
There was a lad at 13 for Newcastle, Con Hayes, thought he was excellent, their main scoring threat. Reminded me of a young Shaughs, just got the ball every time and straight for goal. Lovely balance and skill to his striking too.
Young Hayes is a serious player, he’ll be a big addition to NCW this year. Very very lively. His father is a West Limerick doctor.
His Dad was a good player too in his day
Would have played minor for Limerick.
Tipp and Cork bate and one if not 2 out. Fantastic stuff
Just back from TUS Gaelic Grounds.
Patchy enough for long stages but champions find a way.
Fair play to Colm Bonnar. Sheedy left Tipp hurling an absolute rabble, Bonnar inherited a real mess but, aside from last week, he has got two very creditable performances against Waterford and ourselves. All 347 of their fans present today can go home proud of a gutsy effort.
Speaking of support, one of their greatest ever players Paudie Maher has tonight, on Twitter, called out the lack of Tipp fans present today which really speaks volumes. Easier to drink cider on the couch at home or post on TFK rather than support a team through thick and thin. They’d more at the 20’s game on Wednesday night where they’d a sniff of glory, before Limerick dished out some reality.
Cashel King Cormacs club stalwart Ger Browne caused Limerick a world of bother during the game. Kept finding pockets of space and had an amount of possession.
At times I felt this was going to be another Kilkenny 2019. Just sluggish and lethargic at times. Coughed up some desperately soft scores. A throw by Dec, Sean Finn throwing the ball up to himself, Byrnes hand passing straight to Morris for another score. Sloppy. Just seemed a bit heavy legged at times. Not many players will be ecstatic with their own individual performance which may be no bad thing further down the line. The composure and character of this team is never in doubt though, the culture that Kiely has created is superb. Caroline Currid looked very happy to be back with them again today too.
In fairness our much maligned bench were excellent. Reidy and Boylan get rough press at times but both were really good when introduced. To play at about 50% but hit 3-21 and win by 7 is a good sign. That display won’t do against the better teams though.
5 years straight Limerick have now beaten them in the championship, they’ll build a statue of Bonnar in Liberty Square if he prevents it being 6 in 2023.
Quaid again. He’s actually somehow getting better. Eoin Murphy will probably get the All Star for a decent save against Laois or Westmeath, though.
Gillane is incredible at pivoting in the air when the ball lands in his paw. He somehow lands facing the goal, rather than having his back to it. Hego worked like a dog, probably didn’t have the headline moments today but a Trojan effort all the same.
RTE keep saying we’re in the Munster final but that’s not true. Could still miss out on scoring difference as ourselves, Clare and Waterford could all end up on 6 points. Would expect a number of changes for next week, Clare will win that one. The important thing is that passage to the All-Ireland series is now achieved.
Anyone in section 120 of the open stand today around Rows N and O? It got a bit heated towards the end with some verbals between rival supporters.
Good to bump into a few forum stalwarts post game, @Watchyourtoes and @chops91 were in good spirits.
We go again next weekend. Looks like Cork and Tipp will be the two teams to exit the group stage - which means we’d be the only county to navigate the Round Robin every year in the three years since its inception. 2018, 2019 and 2022. Phenomenal consistency.
Can someone update Kiely’s championship record in spring and summer please? Thanks in advance.
Tipp could play off the next round of the Miller Shield the June Bank Holiday weekend.
Fair play to him for calling them out their support was a disgrace today and their team still in championship and for 60 mins they were right in the game. Everything you need to know about Tipp supporters summed up today, the ultimate fair day supporters.
Quite unedifying
Ooffttt
Was that the Tipp lad who stood up out of the blue and started roaring “Tipp Tipp Tipp Tipp Tipp” at someone behind him and waving his arms around? There seemed to be a bit of a commotion over there alright
There were a group of older Kilmallock lads cc @balbec in the Upper Section of 121 who were dishing out some verbals to a few Tipp lads who had been quite vocal throughout until we kicked into 3rd gear near the end
